A Coach, Personal Trainer, Athlete, Life Lover and Believer in Squats…

Owner and Head Coach, Claire has turned her lifestyle into herCMG Grid Snatch profession, she has been working in the industry since her early 20s and is not only well known and respected in the fitness industry as a profession but also as an athlete. She holds Irish Records and competes to the highest level both in Ireland and in Europe in Olympic Weightlifting and Power Lifting, and also represented Ireland on numerous occasions in Track and Field Athletics. Her passion is to train, educate, and inspire people to improve their quality of life through exercise and nutrition…whilst having the craic!  has lived in Terenure since she was born and when it came to deciding to take the plunge and open her own gym, Terenure was an easy choice!WhatsApp Image 2017-03-14 at 00.40.29 (2)

Her team includes the legendary TRX and class trainer expert, JENNI MURPHY, who is a fellow athlete and World Champion bodybuilder.
IAN KELLY is also on the team and comes from a strong sports background – he played for Shamrock Rovers in soccer, with Mary’s RFC in rugby and works with Tennis Ireland and Badminton Ireland. A team of savages, one might say.

Claire does not “diet”…she just believes in the fundamentals eating clean and healthy, based off the “Paleo” lifestyle in order to maintain a healthy and lengthy existence, and to maximize potential in sport, fitness and every day life!
